QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, Nursing, or related field
Preferred: Master's degree in Science, Healthcare, Nursing, or related field
License/Certification
Required: None
Preferred: Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP)
Experience
Required: Seven years of extensive
research administrative experience in an academic or biotechnology setting, to
include three years of experience with research protocols, grants and contracts and three
years of supervisory/management experience.
With the preferred degree, five years of required experience, to include three years of experience with research protocols, grants and contracts and three years of supervisory/management experience.
Preferred: At least eight years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in an academic medical center or hospital environment in research services, to include direct experience developing, coordinating and promoting oncology research. Experience with clinical research activities in addition to basic research is preferred.
