Assistant Director, Operations & Maintenance

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field. Seven years of experience in the management of properties and related services, to include five years of supervisory/management experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
