Director, Survey Readiness - Accreditation & Regulatory Affairs (Nursing)

Education

Required: Master's degree in nursing, healthcare or related field.

Experience

Required: Seven years of health care experience to include three years of accredidation or clinical compliance experience to include three years of supervisory or management capacity. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.

Licensure/Certification

Required: Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license (RN) or Written authorization from the Texas Board of Nursing to function as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or PA certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and Licensed by the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners.
