Educational Specialist - Development Office

EDUCATION

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Training & Development, Instructional Design or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Required: Three years of experience in related field in a business or healthcare environment. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.

Preferred: Experience working with learning management systems, managing teams and/or programs, conducting training for software development or developing a training/educational curriculum.
