Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Enzymology, Pharmacology, Chemistry or related field.  


Preferred:  Master's degree in a related field.


Experience

Required: Three years of relevant research experience in lab. With preferred degree, one year of required experience. 


Preferred: 

One year of relevant research and in a biotech or industry-like environment. 

Experience in monoclonal antibody generation using different techniques of hybridoma, single B-cell cloning coupled with recombinant expression and high throughput screening.

Experience in antibody engineering for various formats, such as bispecific antibody, antibody drug conjugates. 

Experience in antibody engineering using yeast or mammalian cell surface display.

Biophysical and biochemical characterization with state of the art techniques such as mass spec.

High throughput cell-based functional screening, antibody-antigen interaction analysis.

Experience in molecular biology, protein engineering, purification and characterization with state of the  art techniques

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Dedication, focus, quick learning abilities, and the ability to multitask.
