International Patient Assistant - Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Required: Associate's degree.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business Relations, Foreign Languages, Healthcare Administration or related field.
Experience
Required: Four years of experience working with international patients or customers.
May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Other Skills
Required: Verbal fluency in two or more languages (English being one of the languages). Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
Preferred: Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin or Arabic.
