EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management or related field.
Preferred: Master's degree.
EXPERIENCE
Required: Five years experience in hospitality, food service or clinical nutrition to include three years supervisory experience. With preferred degree,three years of supervisory experience in hospitality, food service or clinical nutrition.
CERTIFICATION
Required: Current Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission of Dietetic Registration.
Ability to read, write and speak in English.
