REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
Preferred Education: Master’s Level Degree or Juris Doctorate Degree
Experience:
Preferred Experience: Seven years of experience with Affirmative Action Plans and/or compliance with OFCCP and/or EEO regulations.
