Program Director, Diversity & Inclusion

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Preferred Education: Master’s Level Degree or Juris Doctorate Degree

Experience: Five years experience in collaborating, developing, and implementing Equal Employment Opportunity, diversity and inclusion programs to include three years of supervisory/management experience.    

Preferred Experience: Seven years of experience with Affirmative Action Plans and/or compliance with OFCCP and/or EEO regulations.
