Senior Computational Scientist - Dr. Bachireddy's lab

Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics or related field. Education preferred: Master's degree or PhD with a concentration in Computational Biology, Engineering or related field. Nine years experience in scientific software programming with a concentration in scientific computing. With preferred degree seven years of experience required. Preferred Experience: Proficiency in scripting/statistical computing. Experience manipulating datasets/high performance computing. Familiarity with data normalization/analysis of batch effects. Development of statistical algorithms and comprehensive assessments for analysis.
