The primary purpose of the Sr. Executive Coordinator position is to provide highly responsible, administrative and project coordination support to the executive(s) in the office of CMO/Clinical Operations. 
 
KEY FUNCTIONS
Serves as principal liaison and coordinates the daily administrative aspects of the workflow for the executives including:  maintaining daily calendar of appointments, meetings, lectures and seminars; coordinating travel arrangements;  assisting with preparation of professional quality presentations;  preparing and maintaining correspondence, reports, manuscripts, curriculum vita, spreadsheets and databases. 
Resolves day to day problems that may impede the operational flow by analyzing problems, exercising professional judgment and making timely decisions. 
Responsible for coordinating personal appointments and other duties to maximize use of executive time and avoid conflict with professional responsibilities that often go beyond regular business hours. 
Supports the operational direction of multiple large-scale projects in collaboration with institution, division and /or department representatives.
Acts as a project expert on recurring projects and supports senior leadership initiatives. 

EDUCATON

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, business, healthcare, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

Seven years of administrative/secretarial experience supporting a leadership/executive level position.

With preferred degree, two years of required experience.

 

OTHER

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
