Education

Requried: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

Experience

Required: Five years of administrative/secretarial experience. With preferred degree, one year of required experience. Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.

Preferred:

•    Previous Experience in similar role in a dynamic, high performance organization.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Platform- specifically PowerPoint and Outlook
•    Strong problem solving, risk identification, assessment, evaluation, impact analysis abilities and ability to execute efficient and effective solutions.
•    Demonstrated ability to work as a team player with multi-disciplinary project teams.
•    Proactive self-starter with confidence and ability to identify new areas for continuous improvement.
•    Excellent oral and written communication, with an ability to interact at all levels of an organization.
•    Experience working cross-functionally and cross-culturally in the development of business processes and/or systems, especially as they impact and influence multiple departments and levels of management.
•    Supports change initiatives, maintaining effectiveness and professionalism in implementing changes in work responsibilities or environment, promotes flexibility and adaptability to work within new structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
