EDUCATION

Required: Bachelor's degree.

 

EXPERIENCE

Required: Seven years of experience in private fund development, direct fundraising, real estate sales and management, financial/banking, insurance, marketing, and/or direct sales and portfolio management. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.

Preferred: Professional fundraising certification, verifiable record of accomplishment of $10 million + in personally attributable charitable gifts closed and demonstrated experience working with faculty, executive leadership teams, senior campaign/board members and fellow development professionals to execute fundraising strategies.
