REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a recognized apprenticeship
Preferred Education: None
Certification: Licensed as a Journeyman Electrician in State of Texas.
Preferred Certification: Licensed as a Master Electrician in the State of Texas; Industry-sponsored inspector certifications issued by the International Code Council (ICC) related to electrical work.
Experience: Six years’ experience in commercial/industrial journeyman level electrical work involving interior and exterior wiring and the repair of electrical equipment and systems and completion of recognized apprenticeship in the trade.
Preferred Experience: One year of related supervisory experience and/or minimum of one year experience with MD Anderson building systems specifications and Owners Design Guidelines.
