Required: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development or related field. Three years of performance improvement, performance management, or project management experience in a business or health care environment equivalent.
Preferred: Master’s Level Degree. Certified Quality Manager. Five years of curriculum development or project management experience in technology, business, or health care and one year of supervisory experience.
