Supervisor-Social Work

EDUCATION:

Required: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW or MSSW) from an accredited program approved by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

EXPERIENCE:

Required: Four years of experience in healthcare social work, including at least three years in oncology and a minimum of 2 years post LCSW in the State of Texas and two years of supervisory, lead or project management experience.

LICENSURE:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas with eligibility for credentialing as a Board approved Supervisor by the State of Texas.
