Summary
The position provides administrative and secretarial support to ensure division efficiency and productivity.

Summary
The position provides administrative and secretarial support to ensure division efficiency and productivity.
Job specific functions
Administrative Support – 80%
Processing ePAFs
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
Scheduling various meetings and candidate interviews
Assisting in maintaining the division PD warehouse
Coordinating travel, conference registration, and travel reimbursements
Processing purchase requisitions and reimbursement requests
Assisting with vetting process for auditors and consultants
Monitoring and responding to requests in various shared e-mail inboxes
Special Projects – 20%
Coordinate special divisional projects such as employee lunches.
Coordinate processes for space allocation and asset management.
Assist in annual inventory process and ensure completion of annual space survey.
Other duties as assigned
Education
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience
Required: Four years administrative/secretarial experience.
Preferred: Must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and, Excel.
Other Requirements:
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
