Administrative Clerk 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Mon- Fri & WE
The mission of The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center is to eliminate cancer in Texas, the nation, and the world through outstanding programs that integrate patient care, research and prevention, and through education for undergraduate and graduate students, trainees, professionals, employees and the public.
The primary purpose of the Administrative Clerk is to dispatch Maximo calls, monitor attendance calls and dispatch Epic discharge information to all of Housekeeping.

Compiles and arranges complex data from Premise System in a usable format to disseminate to Room Turnaround Team Leader. |
Timely and accurate records delivered expeditiously. |
Composes and processes repetitive and non-repetitive documents in accordance with established procedures. |
A timely and well maintained filing system and reports. |
May use complex software system to update and retrieve information |
Utilizes CMMS and Premise software. |
Answers phone, conveys messages, runs errands and makes copies. |
Courteous customer service, on time delivery of messages, completion of errands and other duties. |
Prepares and audits varied reports. |
Timely and accurate records. |
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Required: Three years of experience in performing administrative or responsible clerical work.
Experience Preferred: Bilingual in English & Spanish
Must pass pre-employment skills a test as required and administered by Human Resources.
