Ambassador

The main objective of the Ambassador role is to ensure the utmost quality in patient / visitor experience as part of the institutional Welcome Initiative. This position is part of our comprehensive guest management and visitor access strategy and directly influences departmental functions and overall patient / visitor experience across the institution.
TMC location shift 5:30AM - 2:00PM
Key Functions
Acknowledges and greets patients and visitors and performs health screening.
Accurately provides information and instruction, pertaining to all hospital campus to patients, visitors and staff.
Maintains a highly professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers and peers and performs multiple tasks as screener, greeter, information desk, in a fast-paced environment.
Other duties assigned.
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Required: Two years of customer service experience responding to customer inquiries or related experience. Bachelor's degree can be substituted for required experience.
