Applications Systems Analyst

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree.

Experience Required:
Two years experience in Epic software, domain, analysis, design, project management, or programming. May substitute require education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.

Certification Required:
None

Preferred Certification: 
A+, Windows certification, Macintosh certification
Network + or related networking certificate

Preferred Experience: 
Experience with desktop support in an enterprise, clinical support environment
Ability to manage and monitor operational workstations via powershell or other scripting solutions. 
Comfortable working in an IT environment where support teams are cloistered in different department and when support requires reaching to to other teams to enlist needed  subject matter experts to diagnose and resolve issues.
