Education
Required:
Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
Preferred Education:
Pharm.D. Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, advanced degree in healthcare, MBA, BCLS/ACLS certification or ASHP Certification of Residency
Experience
Required:
Two years of related Pharmacist or Clinical Pharmacist experience.
Preferred Experience:
4 Years hospital experience or;
Pharmacy Administrative Residency
IV work flow experience
License/Certification
Required: Eligible to receive a license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
