REQUIREMENTS

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics or related field.

 

Preferred Education: Master’s Level Degree

 

Certification: None

 

Preferred Certification: None

 

Experience: Three years experience in scientific software development/analysis. With preferred degree, one year of required experience.


Preferred Experience: Experience in cancer genome datasets such as TCGA, ICGC and dep map with interest in translational research is preferred. Familiarity with gene expression data analysis / transcriptomics and genomic data analysis.
