Associate Data Scientist

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computational Biology, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: Two years experience in scientific software development/analysis.

Preferred: 
* Two years experience in scientific software development/analysis.
* Strong experience in genomics and single cell omics data analysis, including proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python.
* Experience with statistical and machine learning techniques, such as regression, clustering, classification, and dimensionality reduction.
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as ggplot2, plotly or D3.js.
*  Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of scientists and biologists.
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
* Strong publication record in the field of computational biology or genomics.
