Associate Director, Scientific Affairs
EDUCATION:
Required: Master's degree in one of the life sciences.
Preferred: PhD in one of the life sciences.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Six years of relevant experience in research, scientific communications, or scientific affairs, to include two years in a supervisory/managerial capacity. With preferred doctorate degree, four years of required experience, to include two years in a supervisory/managerial capacity. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience.
Preferred: Experience with scientific writing, grants, publications, understanding research in lab, managing large research projects.
