Associate Vice President, Research Integrity Officer
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Required: MD, PhD in a biomedical science, or Juris Doctor.
EXPERIENCE
Required: Five years of administrative, research, or research leadership experience with increasing research or management responsibility in an academic or medical institution including experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information and completing or managing complex integrity investigations in accordance with applicable regulatory and institutional timelines.
Preferred: Five to eight years’ experience as a researcher in an academic medical center setting as a tenured or tenure-track faculty member, and experience in managing or conducting research misconduct proceedings. Strong organization and communication skills applicable to a large academic medical center. Knowledge and familiarity with policies, procedures, and federal and state laws governing research integrity and research misconduct.
