Associate Vice President, Talent Recruitment

Education        

Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred: Master’s degree in human resources administration, Psychology, Business Administration, Health Care Administration or in a related field.

Experience

Required: Ten years of professional-level experience in Human Resources, at least seven of which must have been at a leadership level. Eight years of leadership experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources leadership roles, including experience leading recruitment or talent functions at a senior/managerial level or above.

Preferred: Senior Human Resources leadership level experience in a large academic hospital.
