EDUCATION:
Required: Associate’s degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management, Institutional Management, Foods and Nutrition or related field.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Two years of supervisory experience in food service. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred: Four years of supervisory experience in food service. Six years of experience in Hotel or Restaurant Management.
