Benefits Representative - HR Total Rewards Benefits
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources,
Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of
5 years of benefits and/or customer support and resolution experience may be
considered.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources,
Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
License/Certification:
Preferred: Certification in Benefits Administration
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Three
years progressive level experience in Human Resources with emphasis in broad
benefits program administration and/or HR customer support and resolution.
Preferred: Five years professional benefits administration and
plan/design experience. Two years of
experience using PeopleSoft BenAdmin module.
