Education
Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Preferred: Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare.
Experience
Required: Three years of clinical nursing experience to include experience in coordinating care for high risk and complex patients.
Preferred: Two years hospital based Case Management experience.
License/Certification
Required: Current State of Texas Professional Nursing License (RN).
Preferred: Certification as a Case Manager.
