Chief Quality Officer

.Education:

MD licensed, or eligible to be licensed, in the State of Texas.

Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, or other healthcare-related discipline preferred.

Quality certification preferred.

Experience:

Ten years of progressive leadership experience in academic healthcare, to include at least five years in quality improvement and healthcare systems improvement.

Preferred:

• Strong healthcare business acumen with proven ability to lead and partner around medical practice change and value-based care delivery.
• Experience in attracting, developing and retaining leadership team members with a personal commitment to diversity and success in managing organization/cultural change.
