Clinical Development Specialist / Educator - Procedures - The Woodlands

Education

Required:  Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.

Preferred:  Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Experience:

Required: Five years registered nursing experience.

Preferred:  Five years of clinical nursing experience to include two years of staff development or formal clinical education.

Licenses/Certifications

Required: All of the following:  Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license (RN).  Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.

Preferred: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification as required by patient care area.  Any of the following:  Board certified (RN-BC) in Professional Development by the American Credentialing Center.  Certified as an Oncology certified Nurse (OCN) by the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation.
