Clinical Development Specialist (Vascular Access / Infusion Therapy)
Education Required
Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Education Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Experience Required
Five years registered nursing experience.
Experience Preferred Five years of clinical nursing experience to include two years of staff development or formal clinical education.
Licensure/Certification Required
All of the following: Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Licensure/Certification Preferred American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification as required by patient care area. Any of the following: Board certified (RN-BC) in Professional Development by the American Credentialing Center. Certified as an Oncology certified Nurse (OCN) by the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation.
