Clinical Nurse - Diagnostic Imaging -Eve/Night

The ideal candidate for the Outpatient Clinical Nurse role is a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred, who holds a current Texas Registered Nurse license and required life support certifications, and who demonstrates readiness to provide high-quality outpatient care with or without prior registered nurse experience, with oncology or specialty certification preferred.
Salary: Min 68,000 /Mid 105,000/ Max 142,000
Shift / Hours: Monday - Friday / 10:30pm - 7:00am and/or 6:30pm- 7:00am/ Rotating weekends: Saturday & Sunday / Holiday and On-Call

Requirements
EDUCATION
• Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree Nursing

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
• Required: RN – Registered Nurse – State Licensure current State of Texas Professional Nursing license upon hire, ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire, and PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support upon hire if working in the Nrsg Post Anesthesia Care Unit (600160)
• Preferred: OCN – Oncology Nurse Certification upon hire and certification in specialty practice area upon hire
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Required: All clinical nurses with less than one year of registered nurse (RN) work experience will be required to participate in the Clinical Nurse Residency Program.
This position may be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of critical infrastructure, as defined in Section 113.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code and therefore may require routine reviews and screening.
