What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in managing and coordinating high-quality patient care across the cancer care continuum. Working within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, researchers, and support professionals, you’ll guide patients and families through each stage of treatment with expertise, empathy, and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

- Deliver and manage direct, evidence-based patient care to ensure superior clinical outcomes.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, responding to complex and rapidly changing situations.
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop personalized treatment and recovery plans.

EDUCATION
Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required: None
Preferred: One year of registered nurse (RN) work experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Required: RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license. Upon Hire and

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: All clinical nurses with less than one year of registered nurse (RN) work experience will be required to participate in the Clinical Nurse Residency Program.
