EDUCATION

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required: None
- Preferred: 2 years inpatient nursing experience
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license. Upon Hire Required and
- BLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Upon Hire Required and
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support If working in the following department: ASC Post Anesthesia (600761). Upon Hire Required or
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support If working in the following departments: ASC Post Anesthesia (600761) or Pedi - Child & Adolescent Center (113200). Upon Hire Required
OCN - Oncology Nurse Certification Certification in specialty practice area. Upon Hire Preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: All clinical nurses with less than one year of registered nurse (RN) work experience will be required to participate in the Clinical Nurse Residency Program.
