Clinical Nurse- Pediatric ICU (7 pm - 7 am)
Education:
Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Preferred: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
Experience:
Preferred: 12 months of recent RN experience in Pediatrics, Pediatrics Hematology, Pedi ICU or Medical/Surgical ICU and Oncology.
All clinical nurses with less than one year registered nurse (RN) work experience will be required to participate in the Clinical Nurse Residency Program.
Licensure/Certification:
Required: Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Preferred: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification as required by patient care area.
