Clinical Nurse Residency - Hematology Units - 7pm - 7am
Required: Participants in the clinical nurse residency program must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing program and obtain an unencumbered Texas RN license prior to the employment start date. Eligible participants include those that have less than one year Registered Nurse work experience.
EDUCATION
Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Preferred: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
EXPERIENCE
Required: None
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION
Required: Current State of Texas professional nursing license (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Preferred:
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification as required by patient care area.
