Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Investigational Drugs
EDUCATION:
Required: Pharm.D degree.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY 1) and Residency in the area of specialization (PGY 2). Experience as a clinical pharmacist in the area of specialization may substitute for the required residency on a one to one basis.
Preferred: Must have residency experience. Drug Information, Oncology, Research or management experience would be a plus.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Required: Eligible to receive a license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

Working in Patient Care Unit (e.g. Nursing unit; outpatient clinic)
Exposure to human/animal blood, body fluids, or tissues
