Community Health Worker - Bilingual in Spanish

High school diploma or equivalent. Two years experience working with at-risk populations/communities and/or community-based agencies to serve to high-risk or underserved populations. 

At least two years of experience working with minority and low-income populations.  Must be bilingual in Spanish and comfortable driving to designated community clinics in an assigned geographic area within parts of Texas and the Greater Houston area.
