EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE
Required: Four years experience in a law firm or legal department, including two years of contract management, review, drafting, and/or negotiations. May substitute the required education with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis.
Preferred: The ideal candidate will bring recent experience in a legal office environment, with a minimum of two years of hands-on contract experience encompassing drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating contracts. They will demonstrate proficiency with document and contract management systems and possess a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional office setting. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders will be key to success in this role.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
