Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent. 

Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

Experience Required: Two years of related experience  With preferred degree, no experience required.

Experience Preferred: Experience in patient-facing roles, as this position requires regular interaction with patients, healthcare providers, and research participants.
