POSITION SUMMARY
 

The Director-chief of staff, Office of the Chief Technology and Digital Officer is responsible for:

  • Overseeing and coordinating daily activities within the Office of the CTDO;
  • Coordinating special projects for areas reporting to the CTDO; 
  • Developing presentations and other materials;
  • Developing and implementing a disciplined analytical review process that monitors and prioritizes matters of importance to the CTDO;
  • Serving as a key resource for the CTDO and other senior leaders, supporting CTDO Leadership Team cohesion, coordination and performance.
 
Requirements:
 
  • 10 years of related experience to include five years in a large healthcare organization; government agency or a university.
  • Experience supporting senior level executive(s).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral communications.
  • Project oversight with executive-level stakeholder audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care or related field.
  • Preferred Education: Master’s degree.
