Director, Compensation
EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred: Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Preferred: Society of Human Resource Management Certification (PHR or SPHR), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
EXPERIENCE
Required: Ten (10) years of compensation experience and/or human resources experience to include at least five (5) years of progressive leadership experience.
Preferred: Human Resources (HR) generalist experience or management level experience in a large hospital or academic institution. Demonstrated experience managing third-party HR compensation consultants.
