EDUCATION

Required: Bachelor's degree.

EXPERIENCE

Required: Eight or more years of experience in direct institutional (philanthropic, institutional foundations, corporate foundations) or individual fundraising, to include two years of supervisory or managerial experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.

Preferred: Experience with foundation fundraising/grant-seeking for healthcare or other fields, such as academic and/or related organizations and winning six-figure or seven-figure grants related to scientific research. Within the last 5 years, worked on (or led) a challenging grant application that has involved multiple faculty members, teams and stakeholders across an institution.

Required: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
