Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration or related field.
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration or related field.
Experience
Required: Ten (10) years of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement. Experience in an academic healthcare or educational institution highly preferred.
- Experience in purchasing and procurement
- Good analytical and conceptual skills paired with detail orientation.
- Proven experience in participatory and matrix management, including several levels of management and staff, to identify and resolve problems and to develop plans, objectives, strategies, policies, budgets and organizational/operational structures.
- Demonstrated record of leadership ability and professional accomplishment.
