Epic Training Specialist / Curriculum Developer
EDUCATION
Required:
Bachelors degree
CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE
Preferred:
Certification in major training program delivery. Epic Certification.
EXPERIENCE
Required:
Three years of experience in developing, coordinating and delivering healthcare education / IT training programs within Information Systems, Health Care or related field. May substitute required education degree with additional
years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis or completed years of college on a one to one basis.
Preferred:
• Instructional design experience
• Epic training experience with Epic Ambulatory, Optime, Inpatient Orders and/or ClinDoc
• Experience in an academic healthcare setting.
• Experience at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
• Functional experience as a subject matter expert (clinical, financial, or
other).
• EPIC System-specific experience a plus.
