Executive Director, Nursing Operations
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing and Master’s degree in nursing or related field
- Registered Nurse licensure; certification from a national certifying body
- Ten (10) years of increasingly responsible management and administrative experience in an academic healthcare environment.
- Management experience must reflect expansion of role scope and complexity over time.
- Must include demonstrated leadership experience in the leadership of key professional development initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of principles and practices essential to oncology nursing and patient care activities.
- Extensive knowledge of principles and practices essential to oncology nursing and patient care activities.
- Doctoral degree (PhD, DNP or DNS)
- Eight (8) to ten (10) years of management/leadership experience reflecting increasing responsibility for financial and clinical operational oversight in highly complex organizations.
