Executive Director, Nursing Operations

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing and Master’s degree in nursing or related field
• Registered Nurse licensure; certification from a national certifying body
• Ten (10) years of increasingly responsible management and administrative experience in an academic healthcare environment.  
• Management experience must reflect expansion of role scope and complexity over time.  
• Must include demonstrated leadership experience in the leadership of key professional development initiatives. 
• Extensive knowledge of principles and practices essential to oncology nursing and patient care activities.
• Extensive knowledge of principles and practices essential to oncology nursing and patient care activities.

• Doctoral degree (PhD, DNP or DNS)
• Eight (8) to ten (10) years of management/leadership experience reflecting increasing responsibility for financial and clinical operational oversight in highly complex organizations.
