Bachelor's degree with major course work in Interior Design, Space Planning and/or Architecture or Science. Eight years of experience in commercial interior/architectural design to include three years supervisory experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. One of the following: *Licensed Interior Designer in the State of Texas. *Architect in the State of Texas within 180 days of entry into job. *Certified Facility Manager (CFM) from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
