Fitness Center Specialist

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Public Health, Community Health Education or related field.

EXPERIENCE: None.

Preferred: Experience in worksite wellness in a healthcare environment.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

REQUIRED: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

PREFERRED: Current personal training certification through a national organization (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.).
Current group exercise certification through a reputable national organization (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, YMCA, AFAA, etc.).
Current wellness certification through a national organization (CHES, WELCOA, NWI, etc.)
