Grant Program Coordinator - Surgical Oncology
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Required Experience:
Three years of extensive administrative experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one year basis. With preferred degree, one year of experience required.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
Grant management (including pre- and post-award, progress reports, no-cost extensions, close-outs, reconciliation, effort and salary distributions) and CLICK and sponsor systems, experience with grant budget development and budget justifications, understanding of OSP, ORA, GCA, funding agency (NIH, DoD, CPRIT) grant-related deadlines, budgets, and federal/institutional policies and requirements. Highly organized and comfortable with working on multiple grants and accounts. Clear, consistent, and thorough communication verbally and written (email and study documentation).
Work Schedule:
Hybrid onsite/remote: Willingness/ability to come on-site as needed for non-remote work activities such as PI/team meetings, training. This can be a few days per week.
