Grants & Contracts Manager - Post Award
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
Preferred: Master’s degree.
Experience
Required: Five years of professional experience in finance, accounting or related field to include three years of supervisory or project management experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
Preferred: Six years of experience in Post-Award management of sponsored programs at an academic medical center with an emphasis on award set-up, experience with developing processes and policies surrounding research administration. Experience with financial administration of clinical trials, team building skills.
License/Certification
Preferred Certification: Certified Research Administrator or other industry-accepted credential.
Other Requirements:
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
